Our client supports local SME business owners to become even more successful by increasing their profits, building stronger teams and developing their business so it can ultimately work without them. Clients participate in a range of group and individual business coaching programmes, business planning days and team/ individual development programmes.

About the Role:

Our client is looking for a Business Development Executive to join the world’s number 1 business coaching company. As a Business Development Executive, you will make outbound contact with SME business owners via a range of marketing strategies. You will professionally and skilfully ask them questions to help them understand how the company’s services will be of benefit to them.

You will be responsible for:

  • Driving the sales and follow-up process.
  • Generating initial appointments via multiple marketing strategies.
  • Representing the company by telephone, written communication and in person.
  • Generating and attending networking events.
  • Keeping accurate records of KPIs and maintaining the client database (via a CRM system), in collaboration with the Creative Business Development Researcher.

Employee Business Coach

You’ll describe yourself as:

You’ll have experience in previous or current roles working and interacting with business owners in fields such as:

insurance, marketing, banking, media sales, printing, training consultant, staffing, merchant services, commercial real estate, financial planning, or perhaps you are a solo business coach seeking a dynamic team to join or you’ve been a business owner yourself in the past.

You’ll already be active in networking groups or associations and have established relationships in the South Yorkshire business community.

You’ll be confident in your ability to influence and invite 6 established, successful, local business owners to attend a two-hour breakfast to learn more about business coaching.

The focus of this position consists of the following areas:
Coaching Clients

Delivering Training Days;
Delivering Alignments;
Preparation of Internal Alignment Reports;
Coaching Clients one on one;
Critiquing Clients’ Homework; and Work with Managing Partner re: paperwork & timing of new client induction.

Delivery of Workshops, Seminars and Training Programs:

Presentation of Six Steps to a Better Business Workshops; and
Presentation of Quarterly Planning/ GrowthCLUB; and
Presentation of Monthly Training.
Presentation of Other Training Workshops.
